POSITION SUMMARY

Columbus Radiology (CRC) is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified General Radiologist for remote daytime opportunities supporting our expanding practice. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interpreting a broad range of diagnostic imaging studies and performing non-subspecialty reads.

CRC offers flexible scheduling to support your preferred work-life balance, with options including weekday-only shifts or a 1 week on / 2 weeks off schedule. Both Associate and Partner Track roles are available,


Remote Weekday Associate (200 Shifts)
  • Schedule: 200 shifts annually, no nights, weekends, or holidays 
  • Excellent Total Starting Compensation (inclusive of 401K profit sharing)
  • Competitive Commencement Bonus


Remote Weekday Associate (1 week on / 2 weeks off)
  • Schedule: 1 week on / 2 weeks off (daytime hours-ending no later than 6pm EST)
  • Excellent Total Starting Compensation (inclusive of 401K profit sharing)
  • Competitive Commencement Bonus


Remote Daytime Partner (200 Shifts)
  • Schedule: 200 shifts inclusive of 140 weekdays, 40 evenings, 20 weekend shifts=10 total weekends
  • Shifts starting at: 7am, 8am or 9am EST you choose
  • Excellent Total Starting Compensation
  • Competitive Commencement Bonus

All roles with CRC offer substantial moonlighting and incentive pay opportunities with some radiologists earning over $1 million in annual total compensation; median partner income exceeds $800K.

CRC operates an internal 24/7 Results Communication Center support team, “CORE” (Center of Radiology Excellence) to coordinate care and clinical contact. This clinical team is an extension of our Radiologists, which helps in reducing day to day administrative minutiae. The Advisory Board Company and the American College of Radiology have both recognized this as an innovative customer service function. 




DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Fellows and residents welcome to apply
  • Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology 
  • Comfortable reading general radiology for outpatient, inpatient and emergency medicine
  • Opportunities to grow in both clinical and non-clinical roles within the practice


COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $350K-$1M. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
