POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Lead financial and operational analyses across M&A, new client partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives, owning complex data workstreams and deal deliverables.
  • Displays high proficiency and expertise working with large data sets in Excel, Smartsheets, Sales Force
  • Drive cross functional diligence by independently engaging operations, integrations, and development teams, and coordinating directly with bankers, advisors, and target management teams.
  • Synthesize and present financial, strategic, competitive, and market insights through clear, executive ready materials for senior leadership.
  • Manage deal processes end to end, proactively resolving data gaps and evolving deal challenges while supporting continuous improvement of team tools, processes, and analytics.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Undergraduate degree from top-tier institution preferred
  • 3+ years of full-time work experience or internship experience ideally in an investment bank, private equity, management consulting firm, or corporate finance/development/strategy division of a well-regarded large operating company
  • Detail oriented, highly motivated self starter with strong performance orientation, capable of managing multiple analytical projects under tight deadlines while using metrics to drive results and maintaining poise under pressure.
  • Advanced analytical and technical skills with experience structuring and analyzing data using Excel, Power BI, and Smartsheet, along with advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong communicator and strategic thinker who works autonomously, builds effective cross functional relationships, and presents insights to senior leadership while solving complex problems creatively.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $90,000–$100,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
