POSITION SUMMARY:
Radiology Partners is seeking a Manager, Operations Strategy to support a Director, Operations Strategy and partner closely with a regional Senior Vice President of Operations on key strategic and operational initiatives. This individual will provide analytical insights, project management, and structured problem-solving support to drive operational excellence across the region. The Manager will assist in developing operational strategy, create and drive action plans, manage assigned workstreams, and prepare analyses and recommendations that advance the Practice’s performance and transformation goals. This individual will collaborate across multiple functions, and support ad hoc requests as needed.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Supports the Director, Operations Strategy in planning, coordinating, and executing regional strategic initiatives
  • Partners with the SVP of Operations and other stakeholders on operational projects
  • Contributes to development and tracking of operational goals, KPIs, and improvement plans
  • Conducts financial and operational analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Prepares data-driven insights and recommendations to improve practice performance
  • Manages or support project workstreams, tracking deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder updates
  • Assists in building structured execution plans to advance operational initiatives
  • Develops presentations, reports, and materials summarizing key findings and recommendations
  • Collaborates cross-functionally (Finance, Business Analytics, IT, Revenue Cycle) to move initiatives forward
  • Assists in the evaluation and rollout of best practices across local markets
  • Coordinates communications and follow-through on operational priorities from the Director and SVP
  • Clearly communicates analyses, implications, and recommendations to various levels of leadership
  • Contributes to improve management processes that support the Director’s and SVP’s priorities

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Strong analytical skills, including comfort with data collection, manipulation, and model building
  • Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to leaders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter with strong ownership, follow-through, and results orientation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with some ambiguity
  • Relish opportunity to solve problems

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Undergraduate degree from top-tier institution (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, strategy, consulting, or finance

PREFERRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 
  • Exposure to healthcare services, management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy a plus

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $110,000-$125,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
