POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking a Operations Project Coordinator responsible for the design and operation of day-to-day intake, setup, management and issue resolution for radiologists going live on key clinical transformation programs. The coordinator will manage incoming requests for deployment of new services all the way through to fulfillment, as well as diagnosis, triage and resolution of various operational issues. The coordinator will also lead development, documentation and measurement of processes across the continuum of operations. This role requires an outstanding level of detail-orientation, a problem-solving mindset, and a horizonal understanding of how day-to-day tasks achieve desired operational outcomes. The goal of this position is to drive projects to completion and expand our capacity to provide transformational services to our radiologists and patients.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develops and manages radiologist intake and deployment system for transformational programs and services 
  • Develops and manages scheduling system for radiologists and teammates involved in program activities/meetings 
  • Designs, documents, disseminates and maintain the program’s key operational processes and procedures
  • Ensures operational questions from radiologists and teammates are triaged and responded to in a timely manner
  • Submits, monitors and communicates progress of program’s IT setup requests for radiologist, teammate and vendors
  • Documents and maintains status and progress of radiologist deployment and success in respective tracking tools 
  • Sets target deployment schedules for radiologists and ensure progression of activities on schedule
  • Communicates progress to leadership and teammates, and escalate barriers to ensure timely resolution
  • Assists with design, measurement and reporting on process performance / KPIs
  • Assists or develops training materials or instruction manuals for operational process partners (internal and external)
  • Leads problem-solving initiatives including meetings, content and tracking follow-ups to completion
  • Leads and/or assist with process improvement, automation and reorganization of program’s operational workflows
  • Conducts self-evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and up-skilling for better performance
  • Conducts assessments that identify skill or knowledge gaps to close amongst internal and external partners
  • Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization and department
  • Flexes responsibilities to support new and different programs, or other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Bachelor's Degree in a health-related, education, information technology field, or equivalent experience. 
  • Exceptional facility with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PPT, Word, Teams, Excel, OneNote, Forms, etc.) 
  • 2+ years of experience in an operations, project management or process-driven role 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ years of radiology experience 
  • 1+ years of experience partnering with external vendors

COMPENSATION: 
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
