POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Manager will play a crucial role in steering high-level initiatives that drive the strategic transformational programs at our organization. They will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects, including those on the future roadmap and existing projects that enhance operations and customer success. This role requires a dynamic, adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The Project Manager must be comfortable with change and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to transformational programs, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, adjusting as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Manage relationships with all stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team, facilitating decision-making processes to drive project progress.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, coordinating with department heads to secure necessary project personnel.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate KPIs, tools and techniques, reporting and escalating to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks, developing contingency plans to address potential challenges proactively.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all project information is appropriately documented and secured.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements to foster continuous improvement.
  • Organize and lead regular stakeholder communication and problem-solving meetings to prioritize and advance projects.
  • Conduct self-evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and up-skilling for better performance.
  • Conduct assessments that identify skill or knowledge gaps to close amongst internal and external partners.
  • Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization and department.
  • Flex responsibilities to support new and different programs, or other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Exceptional facility with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PPT, Word, Teams, Excel, OneNote, Forms, etc)
  • Exceptional track record in project management of large, complex initiatives in a transformational context.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and aptitude for working collaboratively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • High attention to detail and meticulous with documentation
  • Ability to understand how tasks fits into larger program objectives
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet both immediate and long-term goals
  • Self-starter with high degree of drive, independence, initiative, and follow through
  • Sense of urgency and passion for resolving barriers to progress
  • Ability to drive and adapt to frequent program and process changes

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in a health-related, education, information technology field
  • 3 years of Project Management experience

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • PMP certification
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • 1+ years of radiology experience

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
