Position SummarY:
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support the organization’s technology and digital initiatives. This role partners closely with hiring managers, HR, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive an efficient and high-quality recruitment process for technical positions across the enterprise.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines for hard-to-fill technical positions (e.g., software engineers, network engineers, cybersecurity specialists, data analysts)
- Evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural alignment of candidates to ensure best-fit placements
- Maintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with all recruiting policies and labor regulations
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, provide market insights, and advise on competitive compensation packages
- Track and report on recruitment KPIs, presenting insights to improve time-to-fill, candidate quality, and pipeline health
- Build and maintain relationships with passive candidates, industry contacts, and technical communities to strengthen employer brand
- Other Duties as assigned
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on technical roles (software engineering, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity)
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets, core competencies, and market trends
- Proficiency with sourcing platforms and tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search)
- Skilled in evaluating technical resumes, conducting effective prescreens, and managing candidate pipelines
- Advanced proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics/reporting tools
- Strong data analysis and KPI tracking abilities to measure recruiting effectiveness and drive data-based decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to influence and align stakeholders
- Certified Technical Recruiter or similar industry certification preferred
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $95K-$105K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
