POSITION SUMMARY:
Radiology Partners is seeking a Clinical Optimization Lead to drive radiologist-level success in clinical transformation programs across a portfolio of 10–15 practices. This role is accountable for improving adoption, capacity, efficiency, and satisfaction outcomes by directly engaging with radiologists and local practice teams. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with deep knowledge of radiologist workflows, performance analytics, and customer success principles. The Clinical Optimization Lead will leverage a combination of analytical insight, on-the-ground presence, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize clinical impact across the enterprise.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drives radiologist-level success for clinical transformation programs by achieving outcomes in adoption, capacity, efficiency, satisfaction and related or dependent goals
- Serves as the primary clinical performance lead for a portfolio of 10–15 practices’ radiologists, overseeing program launch, transition to steady-state, and ongoing optimization
- Travels on-site (5-10%) when needed to ensure successful go-lives, establish relationships, conduct assessments, and lead clinical performance improvement efforts
- Identifies clinical performance gaps through data analysis and direct engagement; develops and executes plans to address root causes and ensure loop is closed
- Collaborates with local operations, clinical leaders, and support teams to resolve blockers and expedite practice-level solutions •
- Tracks and reports rad- and practice-level clinical performance, progress, barriers, and next steps using dashboards and executive-level visuals
- Contributes to team-wide best practices, frameworks, and internal process improvement efforts to elevate infrastructure, workflows, and deliverables
- Participates in the continuous refinement of tools, templates, and metrics to improve scalability and impact of clinical performance optimization initiatives
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Highly energetic self-starter, driven to succeed, persistent and adept in using metrics to drive performance
- Ability to interpret, analyze, and visualize performance data using Excel and PowerPoint is essential
- Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative findings into practical recommendations, and take action
- Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; can articulate problems in easy-to-understand terms
- Excellent breakthrough thinking and creative problem-solving skills; can independently overcome obstacles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, IT, engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in radiology or a radiology-adjacent field
- Comfortable traveling 5–10% for on-site support and assessments
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in performance improvement, clinical transformation, or customer success role highly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of radiologist workflows, systems, and productivity challenges highly preferred
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $68,500-$73,500. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
