POSITION SUMMARY
The Sr. Practice Success Lead is vital member of RP's Clinical Transformation Team, driving success in various clinical transformation programs centered on improving clinical quality, physician experience and patient service. The Sr. Practice Success lead is responsible for successfully deploying and managing clinical transformation programs at 15-20 individual local practices. In this role, it will be critical to build and maintain rapport with 2 key stakeholders: Local Practice Operations and Clinical leadership teams. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Engages daily with Local Practice Operations and Clinical leadership teams (and sometimes with individual radiologists) as well as respective vendors engaged in the clinical transformation programs deployed at 15-20 practices. 
  • Manages day-to-day operations of the deployed clinical transformation programs 
  • Manages and reports on key performance indicators of the respective clinical transformation programs 
  • Leads practice engagement meetings with Local Practice Operations and Clinical leadership teams of all assigned practices 
  • Represents the Practice Success team on all internal team meetings (give insight to the progress, impact and trends observed from the clinical transformation programs) 
  • Develops tools, processes, and best practices for the Clinical Transformation team 
  • Collaborates with vendors on any changes required to workflows 
  • Carries out other duties, tasks, and projects, as needed, to support the Transformation Team and Radiology Partners 
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES 
  • Excellent organization and task management skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.) 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing demands for time and attention 
  • Ability to align internal resources to meet customer needs and deadlines 
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, IT, engineering, or related field 
  • 5+ years of experience working with physicians; working with radiologists 

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Experience working with senior leadership, preferred 
  • Strong skills in verbal and written communications and project management, preferred 

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
