Position SummarY

Radiology Partners is currently seeking an experienced Practice Director to join our team of practice management professionals in the New Mexico area. This role is a unique opportunity to help build and lead a growing practice in a large healthcare market in New Mexico.  In addition, it is an outstanding opportunity for the practice management professional who desires a broader business consultative role by servicing hospital-based physician groups.  As the Practice Director, you will act as the primary relationship manager and leader for our physician client groups.  You will be responsible for building effective, service driven relationships and providing innovative business and clinical solutions to complex matters in their practice.  The Practice Director is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership, ensuring the delivery of quality care and customer satisfaction of the practice.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a premier radiology practice in the Nevada market, partnering with physicians, business development, and clients.
  • Oversee radiologist scheduling, licensing, credentialing, onboarding, and staffing to ensure full coverage and compliance.
  • Manage quality programs, billing compliance, and practice performance metrics; implement improvements as needed.
  • Direct practice operations including budgeting, IT system support, and coordination with regional/national teams.
  • Foster effective communication, team culture, and client relationships through regular meetings and updates.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; MHA/MBA a plus.
  • 5+ years in healthcare/radiology practice management; 2+ years analyst experience.
  • Strong financial, accounting, or revenue cycle management background with advanced Excel modeling skills.
  • Proven leadership working with physicians, process design, and customer relationship management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; adaptable to dynamic, growth-oriented environments.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$130,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
