POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Corporate Strategy will collaborate with key Radiology Partners stakeholders on strategies Practice wide. The Director plays a leadership role in the IT, clinical and business initiatives of the Practice by leading the management of the development and execution of long-term plans and objectives. 

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive corporate strategy initiatives practice wide
  • Coordinate all external partnerships at Radiology Partners Launch and maintain high priority strategic initiatives while working with the Practice’s leaders, executives, and stakeholders
  • Develop both our data strategy and AI strategy Work and manage special projects, including board strategy sessions, outpatient strategic partnerships, and internal market development strategies
  • Provides short and long-term strategic recommendations to the Practice’s leadership teams
  • Defines potential business models in order to realize profitability opportunities and also gain insightful qualitative analyses 

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with an MBA highly preferred 
  • 5+ years of overall healthcare operations experience 
  • 2+ years of management consulting experience with healthcare strategy specifically 
  • Ability to interpret contract intent and use that knowledge to confirm accuracy of payor contract performance 
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills 
  • Ability to work within a team environment, securing buy-in and agreement through collaborative efforts 
  • Good presentation, leadership and team-building skills 
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access and MS Word
