Position SummarY:

The Practice Analyst is responsible for analyzing operational data, supporting process improvements, and assisting in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within the practice.. The individual will work closely with leadership on the team, helping them analyze operational data, supporting process improvements, and assisting in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within the practice.   This role will be a key contributor to our daily operations, Radiologist retention, client satisfaction and Practice objectives by providing workflow solutions and proactive recommendations to Practice  leadership.  

This is a hybrid position in Moline, IL.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operational metrics, workflow efficiencies, radiologist productivity, turnaround times, case volumes, and QA metrics.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to optimize PACS/RIS and other radiology software systems.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on key performance indicators, practice trends, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support scheduling optimization, staffing analysis, provider payroll accuracy, and compliance with contract terms.
  • Assist with credentialing, licensing, compliance, regulatory reporting, and clinical quality management programs.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, business, data analytics, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, data analysis, practice management, or radiology; radiology management or private practice background preferred
  • Experience with PowerBI highly peferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
  • Experience with healthcare IT systems such as PACS, RIS, and Qgenda
  • Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets for operational improvement

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $60K-$65K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
