POSITION SUMMARY
The Radiology Partners IT Team is seeking a driven, high-performing, experienced IT Imaging Services (IIS) Optimization Manager aimed at improving the efficiency, performance, and scalability of our IT infrastructure, systems, and processes. The ideal candidate would assist in managing and supporting the Radiology Partners solutions and services. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for identifying areas for optimization, leading cross-functional projects, and implementing best practices to ensure that our IT operations support business growth, reduce costs, and enhance overall system performance. This role will work remotely with end users who utilize the provided Radiology Partners IT systems. The candidate must have the skills to identify, communicate, and resolve IT Imaging System issues to maximize the efficiency and benefit of the Radiology Partners IT team. This role requires a highly motivated team member dedicated to delivering value and exceptional personalized customer experiences.

- Maintain expertise in Clinical IT systems, including PACS, VNAs, VR, AI platforms, and imaging workflows; troubleshoot and support integrations.
- Align IT optimization efforts with broader business goals through collaboration with IT leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Identify inefficiencies in systems and workflows; drive automation and resource utilization improvements.
- Oversee Service Now Problem Ticket management and ensure timely resolution and documentation of issues.
- Implement and manage performance monitoring tools to track and enhance system performance and uptime.
- Drive cost reduction strategies across IT infrastructure, including cloud, hardware, and software resources.
- Manage end-to-end optimization projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and promote risk mitigation for system reliability. •
- Lead IT support functions, including user access, service interruptions, VPN configurations, downtimes, and issue resolution.
- Foster communication and collaboration, serving as liaison across teams, vendors, and customers to deliver consistent and optimized services.
- Support operational needs, including on-call duties, evening/overnight work, and up to 25% travel to ensure client and radiologist success.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Healthcare experience, particularly in radiology, is favored.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on system performance, optimization, and process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in health information systems or a related discipline preferred, or five years or more of diverse work experience in IT.
- Strong customer focus with a proven ability to understand customer and stakeholder insights and develop strategies and IT solutions to meet these customer needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience developing and mentoring staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across service lanes and present findings to senior leadership.
- Exceptional work ethic with the ability to self-start and work independently or as part of a diverse team.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to easily identify areas that require improvement.
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills necessary to ensure proper alignment with the broader organization and enterprise strategies and to lead the team towards that alignment.
- Direct experience in meeting with and customizing solutions at the client level is preferred.
- Ability to foster a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork
- A proactive approach to customer success with a commitment to understanding, meeting, and exceeding customer needs.
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
