Position SummarY

Radiology Partners is hiring a Contract Billing Analyst.  The position will report to the Director, Revenue Cycle and will focus on reviewing, billing and following up on Direct Bill Invoice accounts to RP Clients. This teammate will work closely with clients to ensure payments are received timely while delivering high value customer service. The Contract Billing Analyst will work with the analytics teams to accurately monitor outstanding inventory and follow up on bills not processed within specified periods of time.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for client billing inquiries and manage multiple accounts.
• Analyze accounts, determine next steps for resolution, and generate timely invoices.
• Collaborate with management to reduce aging accounts through communication and process improvements.
• Address client inquiries promptly, draft correspondence, and document policies for contract billing.
• Plan and coordinate client meetings and assist with month-end reconciliation.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large amounts of detailed information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including drafting letters and emails.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and billing systems.
• 2+ years of revenue cycle experience, with a focus on accounts receivable processes.

COMPENSATION

The hourly range for this position is $19-$20.
