POSITION SUMMARY
The Radiologist Support Center Workforce Coordinator plays a critical role in managing real-time workflows across call and worklist queues to ensure service levels and staffing are optimized. This position supports both internal and vendor communications, monitors key performance metrics, and helps drive daily operational excellence. Success in this role requires a high level of focus, adaptability, and consistent execution in a dynamic environment. The coordinator is a vital link in maintaining efficiency, supporting staff, and improving the overall performance of the Clinical Call Center.

- Monitor and manage all call and worklist queues in real time, ensuring service levels, attendance, and adherence are maintained
- Support Clinical Call Center strategic scheduling, workflow reporting, and documentation
- Review key metrics to identify trends, develop reporting tools, and implement process improvements
- Adjust staffing assignments and escalate workflow needs to leadership as appropriate
- Foster team collaboration, communicate effectively, and support workforce morale and productivity
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate Degree, GXMO Certification, or equivalent professional experience required; Bachelor’s Degree and/or ARRT Certification preferred
- 1+ years in a Radiologist Support or related operations role
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills
- Strong communication, organization, and real-time decision-making abilities
- Proven ability to adapt in fast-paced, high-demand environments
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $56,000-$60,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
