POSITION SUMMARY:
Radiology Partners is seeking an Application Implementation Specialist responsible for configuring, testing, and supporting RP clinical applications to integrate new sites and practices onto the RP Clinical Platform. This role requires up to 75% travel to support new facilities and practice integrations nationwide. Responsibilities include front-end clinical application configuration, system testing, creating training documentation, and providing training. Excellent communication skills and radiology environment knowledge are essential. The specialist will report to workflow coordinators and managers and collaborate closely with RP Operations, Revenue Teams, and clients.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Configure and set up clinical applications for new sites, practices and Radiologists
  • Maintain detailed understanding of the clinical applications and their respective GUI in order to participate in testing and overall training for client staff and/or Radiologists.
  • Collaborate with application vendor to troubleshoot front end application problems if they arise
  • Conducts training needs assessment by collecting information pertaining to work flow, understanding radiologist-specific functions and tasks.
  • Closely interact with Workflow architect, project manager, PACS Specialist, and HL7 Specialist to promote collaboration throughout the project life cycle.
  • Provide guidance and assessment to ensure implementations aligns with RadPartners standards.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 5-10 years of Healthcare or Healthcare IT experience.
  • Ability to understand and teach the RP Clinical Application suite.
  • Understanding of workflow between EHR/EMR and PACS, voice recognition applications, etc.
  • Experience with networking, infrastructure concepts, and applications like Clario, Fluency, Powerscribe, Intelerad, McKesson, Fuji Synapse, HL7 messages, and DICOM.
  • Flexible schedule for working in the office, at customer sites, and from home.
  • Role will require 30 - 75% travel.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
