POSITION SUMMARY:
Radiology Partners is seeking an HL7 Implementation Specialist to support clinical and billing data integration across multiple EHR/EMR/RIS systems. This role ensures data accuracy, alignment, and quality for clinical and revenue cycle processes while supporting new facility onboarding. Acting as the data SME, the specialist will collaborate with integration teams and health system EHR personnel to define requirements, monitor data integrity, and optimize workflows.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support facility integrations by converting new practices to RP CLOUD.
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Operations teams on IT-related tasks.
  • Conduct data discovery with healthcare entities to validate HL7 metadata and code sets.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Establish and enforce data governance processes and best practices.
  • Interface with clients and vendors to maintain data integrity and quality.
  • Lead post-production data analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution efforts.
  • Drive root cause analysis and implement measures to prevent future data issues.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Education & Experience – Bachelor’s in Information Sciences or related field preferred, with 5-10 years in healthcare and data management.
  • Knowledge of PACS, RIS and radiology workflows.
  • Experience leading integrations.
  • Data Expertise – Knowledge of data lifecycle management, relational databases, and healthcare data assets; HL7 and EHR/EMR experience preferred.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy, organization, and issue resolution.
  • Collaboration & Communication – Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Technical Proficiency – Skilled in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and revenue cycle or clinical data management.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $90K-$105K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
