POSITION SUMMARY:
Radiology Partners IT Team is seeking a motivated, high performing Support Analyst. The incumbent will provide IT support to end users who utilize Radiology Partners IT systems in the practice of providing and supporting radiology services. IT supports responsibilities includes trouble shooting, problem management and apply analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the efficiency and benefit of Radiology Partners IT team.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage and troubleshoot daily IT issues for desktop PCs, mobile devices, and VPN tunnels, providing on-call support as needed.
  • Oversee IT activities related to user access, incidents, service interruptions, and downtimes, ensuring consistent user experience.
  • Document and communicate processes, including "how-to" guides and downtime procedures, to improve training and knowledge gaps.
  • Analyze HL7 messages, identify recurring issues, and work with internal and external resources to implement permanent solutions.
  • Utilize the ticketing system to document solutions and communicate resolutions effectively to customers and team members.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proficient in technology with experience in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, particularly in PACS systems and radiology workflows.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience with hardware, networks, and voice dictation systems like PowerScribe.
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with prior experience in Healthcare IT.
  • Knowledge of radiology flows and the ability to provide effective on-call support.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
