Position Summary

The Workday Analyst is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Workday system to support business operations. Success in this role means ensuring data accuracy, seamless system functionality, and strong collaboration with stakeholders to meet business needs. This position plays a key role in streamlining HR processes, improving reporting capabilities, and enhancing overall system efficiency. By providing technical expertise and problem-solving support, the Workday Analyst helps drive operational excellence within the organization.


Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain the Workday system to support business processes and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate system requirements and improvements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruptions to HR operations.
  • Develop and generate reports to support data analysis, compliance, and decision-making.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Workday, including HCM Core and either Benefits or Payroll.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and data analysis.

DESIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Workday certification in relevant modules.
  • Experience supporting Workday integrations and system implementations.
  • Background in HRIS or HR technology within a corporate environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical users.
