Position SummarY
Radiology Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Contract Administration Specialist. This role will support with retrieving payor fee schedules from various sources, manage contract documentation and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations. This position will understand the terms of the contract portfolio, manage, track, and catalog managed care contracts, and assist in researching and resolving payor-related matters. This position will work closely with other internal departments and perform special projects as assigned.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
· Gather payor policy information regarding reimbursement and appeals as well as other reference materials such as provider manuals and companion guides
· Extract and document most important provisions from payor agreements
· Draft and mail out payor correspondence and letter campaigns
· Assist with research and execution of special contract variance projects
· Summarize and publish email communications from incoming payor notices such as newsletters and bulletins
· Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders related to payor contract provisions by use of various ticketing systems
· Act as liaison between Payor Contracting and other Revenue Cycle teams
· Design, Organize and Maintain SharePoint to track and house contract information for department and stakeholder use
· Monitor contract lifecycles, ensuring timely renewals
· Assist in audits and inspections to ensure adherence to compliance standards
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· Minimum of two years of managed care contracting, healthcare administration specifically within contract management, or legal experience (required)
· Strong understanding of contracting basics (contract layout, provisions, amendments, terms)
· Strong communication, organizational, analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential
· Strong SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive and Teams experience required
· Ability to work both independently and as a team player who is not afraid of a challenge
· Large Group Medical Office Management experience a plus
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $56,000.00-$65,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
