Radiology Partners is currently seeking a Director of Physician Recruiting. This is an outstanding opportunity for a professional who will be responsible for developing and leading a high-performing recruitment team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute national physician recruitment strategies, leveraging metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead a team of three recruitment managers, providing coaching, performance management, and team development.
- Oversee recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate sourcing strategies to ensure optimal candidate experience and capture.
- Analyze and present recruiting data to senior stakeholders, drive high-level projects, and manage departmental budgets and operations.
- Continuously improve processes, foster communication and collaboration among teammates, and support workforce planning efforts.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; a graduate degree (MHA or MBA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and implementing workforce strategies.
- Expertise in data-driven decision-making, recruitment marketing, workforce planning, and physician recruiting, preferably in Radiology.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with experience in startups or dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an analytical approach to driving strategy and change.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $150K-$174K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
