Position SummarY
Radiology Partners is seeking a VP, Imaging AI & Technology sales professional to represent Mosaic Clinical Technologies as a key sales executive, providing market and business intelligence and developing action plans to realize and achieve sales objectives. Your performance and contributions will provide the company with a firm foundation for making sound decisions and ensuring overall sustainability.
This role is remote, with a preference for candidates based in the Nashville area.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for selling of imaging IT solutions within a defined sales territory. Results will be tracked and measured every quarter
- Meet or exceed the annual revenue and EBITDA growth targets for your position
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline with more than enough opportunities to achieve your sales targets
- Hold pitch meetings which include but are not limited to; Developing pitch presentations, materials, and messaging in collaboration with RP leadership
- Can control a room and pitch face-to-face in meetings, at events, speaking engagements and is also able to pitch digitally
- Provide marketplace feedback to inform business strategy through deep knowledge and understanding of the market, client needs, and industry trends
- Develop relationships with C-Level executives and decision makers (physician leaders, IT staff, RIS/PACS administrators, radiology directors, etc.)
- Develop relationships both on the clinical and operational side of target accounts to properly present and sell meaningful solutions
- Work with internal departments (Business Development, HR, IT, RCM, PMO) to develop creative ways to position and sell service offerings
- Follow defined sales process to develop opportunities, create product proposals, and negotiate final terms and pricing with client decision-makers
- Research the imaging industry and accounts in your territory, becoming well-versed in operating models, business challenges, critical metrics, issues, goals, and growth strategies
- In collaboration with your team and VP, create and develop a detailed target account strategy for your region.
- Clearly articulate the RP and Mosaic Clinical Technologies stories and value proposition
- Build, cultivate, and leverage relationships in accounts to increase products/services penetration.
- Drive and uncover net new business opportunities within your territory
- Become the Trusted Advisor of your key accounts by providing market insights on industry trends, competitive landscape information, and healthcare legislation information that assists the account in reaching its goals
- Identify a strong funnel of growth potential by analyzing contract status, standardization plan, evaluating current contracts, products, needs, care gaps, install base, and construction strategies to leverage into deal strategies
- Coach and lead the rest of our team to meet and manage customer expectations throughout the sales process
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records of your sales activities, accounts, and contacts using SalesForce.com
- Develop action plans to realize and achieve Mosaic’s vision for market share
- Provide frequent reports and updates on customer activity, competitive analysis, and customer service to sales management
- Travel to trade shows and relevant events to promote the Mosaic brand, products, and services as necessary
- Provide market and business intelligence to management and staff
- Promote a culture that reflects the organization’s values, encourages good performance, and enhances productivity
- Perform other duties as necessary
Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills
- Must be able to unilaterally make strategic decisions, generate innovative ideas and solutions, and multitask due to a wide variety of tasks and constantly changing activities in the area
- Able to read, examine, and interpret information such as reports, charts, and graphs, and must be able to present information persuasively and effectively to internal and external stakeholders
- Effectively respond to inquiries from, and work collaboratively with, all functions and levels within the organizati
- Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, along with interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical and diagram form and dealing with several abstract and concrete variables
required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5-10 years of technology sales experience
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in health care, ideally in medical imaging/informatics
- Experience with imaging technologies such as PACS and AI solutions.
COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $170,000 - $200,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
