The Executive Recruiter serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving search strategies that align with Radiology Partners’ mission to transform radiology. This includes building diverse pipelines, leveraging market insights, and ensuring a high bar for quality and speed in executive hiring.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle executive searches, partnering with senior leadership to define roles, design strategies, and attract top-tier talent.
  • Conduct market mapping, targeted outreach, and data analysis to inform search progress and talent decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Total Rewards, Legal, and Finance to align on compensation, level, and onboarding.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects RP’s culture and values.
  • Continuously enhance tools, processes, and strategies to strengthen RP’s executive recruiting function.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years of executive recruiting experience in healthcare or similar field required.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and engaging passive executive talent across Director to C-suite levels.
  • Skilled in market mapping, talent intelligence, and behavioral or competency-based interviewing.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to partner effectively with senior leadership.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Data fluency to interpret and present recruiting metrics that inform strategic decisions.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $110-$120K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an incentive bonus paid out quarterly.
