LOCAL PRACTICE AND COMMUNITY OVERVIEW
RP Florida is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Radiologist to join our team primarily servicing HCA Florida Tampa Hospitals. The ideal candidate will be able to perform a broad range of IR procedures and have a passion to grow and advance an IR program. The community of South Tampa is in the heart of Tampa Bay, centrally located and minutes away from Tampa International Airport, Downtown, MacDill Air Force Base, and a short drive from St. Petersburg. Featuring historic neighborhoods, an active business community, award-winning dining, diverse local arts and entertainment, and sunshine year-round, South Tampa offers a small-town feel with big city amenities making this an ideal place to live, work and play! This position is a partnership track position, offers a highly competitive salary, sign-on/retention bonus, time off, and a full complement of benefits.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME accredited U.S. training program
- Florida license or the ability to obtain a Florida license
- Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
- Fellowship training in IR
