Radiology Partners is seeking a Sr. IT Application Analyst who is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of Workday applications within Finance and Accounting. Key responsibilities of this leadership role include managing their development, deployment, maintenance and ensuring the applications meet business requirements. This position oversees application support analysts supporting Legal, Compliance, Corp Insurance, & Credentialing systems. The Application Portfolio Owner plays a significant role in implementations, upgrades & enhancements, application maintenance & support, and people & skills management.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage full application lifecycle including planning, implementation, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and retirement; ensure user adoption, training, and documentation.
- Responsbile for implementations, go-lives and troubleshooting in Workday Finance and Workday HCM.
- Capture business needs as user stories with acceptance criteria; maintain and prioritize backlog of enhancements; oversee projects, status, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Analyze systems for integration needs, design architecture, develop and document APIs, map and transform data, test integrations for accuracy and performance, and resolve issues.
- Monitor application performance, identify and resolve incidents, perform updates, patches, and upgrades; ensure security controls, prevent unauthorized access, and maintain compliance.
- Provide technical and functional support, troubleshoot critical issues, coordinate with vendors and analysts to resolve major incidents, and ensure service delivery meets defined SLAs.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience; 6+ years of IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Workday experience required, with emphasis on Financials.
- Experience with Workday Finance and Workday HCM.
- Knowledge of Finance & Accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of ITIL, Project Management, Product Management, and Agile Development; healthcare industry experience.
- Thorough understanding of application architecture, technologies, platforms, development lifecycle stages, and supported business processes.
- Ability to analyze application usage data and performance metrics; identify risks and optimization opportunities within the portfolio.
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
