POSITION SUMMARY 

Radiology Partners is seeking a Part-time Patient Service Rep who will register patients and assist with other front desk duties in a courteous and efficient manner. 

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Greet patient and answer concerns in polite and friendly manner 
  • Patient registration, including verifying all necessary documentation is complete 
  • Scan patient registration forms 
  • Collect copays and document payment 
  • Schedule follow up appointments 
  • Answer phones 
  • Assist with patient record pick up 
  • Assist Medical Records with burning CDs and responding to emails 
  • Straighten lobby, and follow all closing procedures
