POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and manage the Radiology Support Team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Review key metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement.
- Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps and enhance productivity.
- Foster strong relationships with teammates and maintain a cooperative work environment.
- Evaluate, coach, train, and motivate teammates while collaborating with management to solve patient care challenges.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree in a health-related or IT field (preferred)
- 1+ years of Radiology experience (as a Rad Tech or Rad Support Teammate)
- ARRT/GXMO certification or equivalent experience, with PACS knowledge required
- Ability to lead teams, foster collaboration, and adapt to fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills, self-direction, and ability to manage multiple priorities
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $60Kâ$65K. Final determinations may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
