Position SummarY:

Radiology Partners is seeking a passionate Sr. Financial Analyst to help drive and support key initiatives related to finance, growth and operations in our Outpatient Imaging Center (OIC) area. This position provides a unique opportunity for a high-performing individual, analytically-inclined individual to apply and build their skills in a dynamic and entrepreneurial operating environment.   The role will provide exposure to a broad spectrum of the finance process as Radiology Partners further expands nationwide. The position will report to the Director that is responsible for our OIC area.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Highly analytical, flexible and process oriented to partner with the Practice Finance, Accounting, Operations, and other support teams.
  • Evaluate, assess and report on financial data and identifies problems and opportunities
  • Perform analysis and calculation related to physician compensation pools
  • Ability to multi-task various projects and manage various practices
  • Ability to communicate actual results succinctly and in a timely manner
  • Provide data analysis to support planning and executing transactions, partnerships, and growth initiatives
  • Effectively communicate the findings, value, and impact of financial and strategic analyses to management
  • Display high proficiency and expertise working with large data sets in Excel
  • Build detailed financial models

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have strong financial reporting foundation, strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills, preferably in an outpatient imaging center/radiology setting
  • Ability to streamline and automate processes while maintaining quality, accuracy, and relevance
  • Highly energetic self-starter, driven to succeed, persistent and adept in using metrics to drive performance
  • Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding communications skills in both written and verbal expression
  • Extensive experience working with raw data sets with Microsoft Excel
  • Patience and ability to excel under pressure, handling multiple requests often with tight deadlines
  • The ability to present and communicate work effectively to key constituents
  • Solution driven and flexible in his/her interpersonal style
  • Experience using data access tools and building visualizations using large datasets and multiple data sources
  • Experience in determining revenue recognition; contract analysis and familiarity with income statements; helps efforts in gathering support needed to recognize revenue
  • Strategic & breakthrough thinking and creative problem solving skills, showing an ability to overcome obstacles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Prior experience in healthcare is a plus
  • Accounting/budgeting software experience (Workday/Adaptive Insights a plus)

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
