Position SummarY

Radiology Partners is seeking a passionate Sr. Financial Analyst to help drive and support key initiatives related to finance, growth and operations in our Integration area. This position provides a unique opportunity for a high-performing individual, analytically inclined individual to apply and build their skills in a dynamic and entrepreneurial operating environment. The role will provide exposure to a broad spectrum of the finance process as Radiology Partners further expands nationwide. The position will report to the Director of Finance that is responsible for our Integration Portfolio.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

• Build and analyze detailed financial models, including full three-statement models
• Prepare, review, and interpret financial statements and supporting schedules
• Communicate key insights and strategic recommendations to management
• Support planning, forecasting, and financial analysis initiatives across the practice
• Work efficiently with large datasets in Excel and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate FP&A/development/strategy
• Experience working in healthcare and with operations highly preferred
• Experience in Workday Adaptive and OfficeConnect highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with strong accounting knowledge
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
