ABOUT THE PRACTICE
Radiology Affiliates Imaging (RAI) is a radiologist practice serving our patients, community and clients for over 50 years. RAI is one of the longest-tenured and respected radiology practices in the region and have been members of the Radiology Partners (RP) team since 2019. In the last year, RP has infused national resources to modernize practice workflow, drive physician satisfaction, improve work-life balance (NO nights, evenings, weekends, or holidays required) and just one year to partnership.
- Today, Radiology Affiliates Imaging (RAI) is a modernized and attractive practice:
- Added state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence tools, including recoMD, Aidoc, and RadAI Omni.
- Implemented a best-in-class unified reading platform to integrate all physicians in the practice
- Dedicated physician extenders to handle critical communications, doc-to-doc connections, ultrasound/DEXA transcription, etc.
ABOUT THE POSITION
· Opportunity to remotely read general diagnostic radiology and body imaging, supporting three outpatient imaging centers located in the Princeton, NJ area and one hospital located in the Philadelphia suburbs.- RAI Lawrenceville (Lawrenceville, NJ) – Outpatient imaging center
- RAI Hamilton (Hamilton, NJ) – Outpatient imaging center
- Windsor Radiology (East Windsor, NJ) – Outpatient imaging center
- Holy Redeemer Hospital (Meadowbrook, PA) – 242-bed general acute care hospital
- Cross-practice support for other RP East Region practices in Connecticut, New York, North Carolina, and other states.
· This is a 100% body subspecialty opportunity, although the ability to read general cases from time to time is a plus.
· Must be able to read prostate MR, pelvis MR, and colorectal cancer screening MR exams.
· Volume is approximately 80 RVUs per shift.
· PACS technology is Clario worklist manager, Intelerad PACS, Powerscribe dictation
· Day shift, remote, Monday-Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Hybrid work can be facilitated if the candidate prefers at our outpatient centers in Hamilton and Lawrenceville, NJ.
· Successful completion of Body Imaging fellowship required.
Key facts:
- Full-time partnership eligible position (1-year partnership track, no buy-in with RP Equity earnings opportunity)
- $500,000 total compensation
- PTO 8 weeks in year 1, 9 weeks at partnership
- No night, evening, weekend, or holiday requirement
- Flexibility to moonlight during fellowship year if desired.

- $25,000 signing bonus
- $25,000 retention bonus after one year
- Productivity incentive- Paid per RVU after exceeding quarterly productivity goals
- RVU credit for non-clinical activities
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Osteopathy (DO)
- Board Eligible or Certified, American Board of Radiology (ABR) or American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)
- Residency Trained, ACGME Accredited Radiology Program
- Successful completion of body imaging fellowship required.
- Required state licenses: PA, NJ, and CT required to start. Candidate must be willing to obtain additional licensure in NC and NY after employment commences. Candidate will work with RP’s Credentialing, Licensing, and Privileging (CL&P) Team, who will provide white-glove service to assist with obtaining all required licenses.
