POSITION SUMMARY 

The Customer Success Lead is a key player on the Transformation team at RP and an integral part of the Virtual Radiologist Assistant (VRA) program. The VRA program enables radiologists to optimally leverage a team of assistants (VRAs) to achieve maximum capacity and satisfaction at work while delivering the best patient care possible. The VRA Customer Success (CS) Team is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with 2 customers: the radiologists working with VRAs and the Local Practice Operations and Clinical leadership teams. The VRA CS Lead plays an instrumental role for the VRA program as the broader team depends on this role to have a pulse check on every rad and practice experience with the Program.


POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage daily with radiologists and Local Practice leadership to ensure satisfaction with the VRA program – responsible for identifying elements of dissatisfaction and engaging other cross-functional teams, as needed, to issue resolution. Cross-functional support teams include, but are not limited to: IT, VRA Workflow Coaching team, CORE/call center, Analytics and Insights teams, Vendors, etc.
  • Review daily feedback surveys from radiologist, VRAs and Coaches to identify ‘how things are going’ – engage teams above as needed to solve for any issues
  • Review productivity data daily for radiologists working with VRAs and flag issues, as needed (and engage with radiologists and other teams, if needed)
  • Maintain profiles for participating radiologists in the Customer Success database
  • Send weekly scorecards to radiologists and respective practice Operators
  • Lead and/or participate in weekly/bi-weekly VRA update meetings with respective local Practices – maintain minutes and send follow-up items, as needed
  • Represent the Customer Success team on all internal team meetings (give insight to rad and local practice feedback regarding the program)
  • Plan and schedule check in calls with radiologists and local practices, per established cadence and as needed
  • Develop tools, processes, and best practices for the CS team
  • Collaborate with VRA vendors on any changes to schedules or workflows
  • Carry out other duties, tasks, and projects, as needed, to support the Transformation Team and Radiology Partners

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years working with physicians, required; working with radiologists, preferred
  • Excellent organization and task management skills, required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.), required
  • Experience working with senior leadership, preferred
  • Strong skills in verbal and written communications and project management, preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing demands for time and attention
  • Ability to align internal resources to meet customer needs and deadlines
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

The salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
