POSITION SUMMARY:
Radiology Partners is seeking a RCM Quality Performance Associate responsible for activities related to RP’s MACRA and Dictation Feedback program initiatives within the revenue cycle management department.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to make strategic decisions.
- Create and maintain smartsheets and automation logic used for managing RCM Quality workflows.
- Data steward responsible for data quality and adherence to data standards for information in scope for RCM Quality.
- Write department policy and procedure documentation.
- Participate in creating and delivering coder, provider, and practice director education for MACRA and Dictation Feedback.
- Conduct reviews of coder adherence to quality performance assessment procedures and determine corrective actions.
- Create monthly scorecards and monitor practices performance for MACRA and Dictation Feedback.
- Develop business relationships with practice leadership.
- Exercise good judgement in prioritizing work responsibilities.
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the practice.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong Knowledge of CPT, ICD 10 and MACRA coding, preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint), required.
- Excel preferred experience with formula generation, pivot tables, and vlookups
- Proficient with Smartsheet software, preferred. Including automation and formula generation.
- Proficient with SQL Server Management Studio, preferred.
- Effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, required.
- Highly motivated self-starter who is an excellent team player, required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, required.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage large amounts of detailed information, required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, preferred.
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
