POSITION SUMMARY:

Radiology Partners is seeking a Charge Reconciliation Analyst to optimize our billing processes. As a key member of the Revenue Cycle Management Team, you will contribute to achieving revenue cycle goals by providing data backed solutions and proactive recommendations to senior management. This role requires collaboration with various groups and stakeholders. Some travel is required.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Collaborate with IT, client sites, and internal and external billing teams to ensure comprehensive billing processes. 
  • Collect and compile data from various sources to develop reports and executive summaries. 
  • Communicate key metrics and overviews across teams using various methods. 
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to deliver timely solutions for identified issues. 
  • Evaluate and analyze results against expectations; explain and communicate variances, and adapt solutions based on emerging insights. 
  • Participate in initiatives to drive performance and achieve strategic goals. 
  • Conduct research and ad-hoc analysis to support revenue cycle objectives. 
  • Manage a regional portfolio with diverse billing methods. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or accounting preferred. 
  • Over 2 years of experience in healthcare billing, reimbursement, and revenue cycle management preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. 
  • Experience with SQL and Power BI preferred. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across people, processes, and technology. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and conciseness. 
  • Experience in revenue cycle management or medical billing is preferred. 
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent teamwork and quick learning 

abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions (Finance, IT, Clinical Leaders, Performance Management). • Innovative and comfortable working in a fast-growing and ambiguous environment. 

COMPENSATION: 

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$72,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
