POSITION SUMMARY
As part of the Provider Enrollment Team, this position is focuses on initiating timely government and contracted payor enrollments for radiologist on a national level.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Initiate and manage provider enrollments and revalidations with government and contracted payors.
  • Collaborate with internal billing teams and vendors to handle approvals, denials, and appeals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payor requirements and ensure accurate provider information in enrollment software.
  • Audit payor directories and document all enrollment communications and approvals.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 
  • Undergraduate degree preferred, with 2+ years in a Provider Enrollment role.
  • Knowledge of the Provider Enrollment process and experience with enrollment software, NPPEs, PECOS, Medicare, Medicaid, and multi-state payor enrollments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage large volumes of data.
  • Ability to work independently, with critical thinking and a solution-oriented approach.

COMPENSATION 
The hourly range for this position is $27-$31. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
