POSITION OVERVIEW

As part of the Revenue Cycle team, the Provider Enrollment Coordinator will focus on processing and maintaining provider credentialing information for the entire Practice. Accurate and complete forms to the appropriate payors will be a crucial part to this position.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifies and submits EDI, ERA and EFT enrollment to all carriers
  • Resolves issues related to provider enrollment
  • Maintains and updates address changes with all commercial and government payors
  • Support documentation of physician credentialing information in shared drive and credentialing software
  • Assist with the scanning and upkeep of all credentialing documentation
  • Run queries and reports to pull information from credentialing software and reporting tools
  • Support with special projects related to Provider Enrollment team objectives
  • Manage payor website logins and grant access to new teammates
  • Assist with Maintenance of database of provider IDs, NPPEs logins, and CAQH logins
  • Assist with creation and maintenance of CAQH profile and ensures contracted payors receive updated information

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

  • High school or GED preferred
  • 2 years or more of Provider Enrollment
  • Knowledge of payor enrollment processes for Medicare, Medicaid, BCBS, and major commercial payors
  • Knowledge of CAQH
  • Experience with credentialing software
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet resources as well as industry specific software
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with Radiology staff and contacts outside the organization
  • Detail oriented and high degree of accuracy with the ability to effectively manage large amounts of detailed information as well as to research and analyze data
  • Strong organizational skills: ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including letters, memos, and emails
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, to think critically and identify the global impact across the revenue cycle with a solution oriented approach

The hourly range for this position is $22.5-$25.00.
