Position Summary

Radiology Partners is seeking a Manager of Physician Recruitment to oversee the Physician Teammate Recruiting team. The Manager of Physician Recruitment will be responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, and overseeing Physician Recruiters for our nationwide Practice. This role will also play a key part in developing and executing recruiting strategies that span sourcing and pre-screening candidates, coordination of interviews, offer approvals and management, and physician retention.  


Position Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-performing, geographically distributed team to support the execution of end-to-end recruitment
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit the most qualified radiologists and APPs for full and part-time opportunities nationwide
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable processes, tools, systems, and trainings that are necessary to support the recruiting function nationally
  • Drive towards aligned operational and strategic approaches to workforce planning, recruiting strategies, and processes
  • Partner with stakeholders to determine recruiting priorities and capacity
  • Prioritize requisitions and establish metrics for
  • Partner with executives and develop relationships with Practice Directors and Hiring Managers
  • Identify and attract top talent
  • Optimize recruiting tools and practices to ensure compliance, consistency, and integrity
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top physician and corporate talent for high-priority requisitions
  • Contribute to and promote our Practice culture and vision

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

·         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field preferred

·         5+ years overall Recruiting experience – physician recruiting experience highly preferred

·         2+ years of experience leading a robust team of full-cycle Recruiters in a high-growth environment

·         Start-up experience preferred

·         Proven ability to use data to optimize and develop recruiting processes and strategies

·         Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and leading others through change

·         Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills

·         Up to 20% domestic travel

The salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $120,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for incentive pay.
