POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking an Integration Team Lead who is responsible for all activities related to the support of Radiology Partner’s data integration environment. This leader is also responsible for overseeing the team(s) that contribute to the maintenance of existing integrations.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  •  Work with the Manager, Implementation Engineering Development to execute the vision and strategy they have for the team of developers and the entire department
  •  Lead a team of interface analysts to deliver high quality and reliable solutions using industry best practices.
  •  Work with the Manager, Implementation Engineering Development to implement continuous improvement principles throughout the delivery and operational support models.
  •  Work with the Implementation Engineering Development to effectively manage the planning, scheduling and orchestration of project and maintenance with other Information Services and Business teams.
  •  Develop and manage the resource capacity planning related to IT Data Integration interface support.
  •  Ensure all interfaces, and integration environments, align to Radiology Partner’s Architecture and Security standards.
  •  Work independently on integration projects in regard to BA, Development and QA

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 
  •  7+ years of health care technology, specifically in capacity of HL7 Interface Development 
  •  Extensive experience with interface engines such as Corepoint, Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, etc. 
  •  3+ years of staff supervision experience 
  •  3+ years of experience in leading a team of diverse staff (employee, contractor, consultant, vendor in virtual locations 
  •  Ability to take a consultative approach to gathering information and driving to expected outcomes 
  •  Highly detail oriented, with the ability to track and manage multiple work efforts concurrently 
  •  Extensive experience and demonstrated skills in industry standard interface and reporting technologies (i.e. HL7), including health care experience in a provider setting 
  •  Demonstrated experience in designing solutions for complex organizations using data architecture and integration principles

 COMPENSATION: 
 The salary range for this position is $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
