Position SummarY
Radiology Partners is seeking an Operations Analyst responsible for providing analyses to support the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of “Practice Management Model” programs for multiple operating practices across RP. A Practice Management Model (PMM) is a framework for optimizing practice operations across multiple dimensions: clinical excellence, growth, financial health, and team experience. This role will be a key contributor to Practice objectives by providing analytical solutions and proactive recommendations to senior management. This person will also act as a partner to multiple groups, including the Operations Transformation and Practice Finance teams.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform analysis to simulate the different design parameters of a PMM program to ensure operational excellence and financial viability
- Collaborate with operators to develop resource optimization plans that align skills, shifts and specialties as required by the practice, as part of the PMM simulation modeling exercise
- Conduct data driven analysis on various projects
- Maintain, modify, and update the PMM simulation models based on guidance provided by the local practice leadership
- Communicate the design parameters and any changes of the PMM program to downstream teams
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to develop analytical solutions
- Evaluate and analyze results relative to expectations; understand, explain, and communicate variances; and adapt solutions to reflect emerging insights
- Forecast monthly impact of the PMM program to practice financials
- 20% travel required - quarterly basis
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Advanced Excel (reporting expertise), PowerPoint
- Experienced cross-functional collaborator (e.g., Operations, Finance, IT, Rev Cycle, HR, Analytics)
- Highly motivated self-starter who is an excellent collaborator
- Outstanding organizational and communication (both verbal and written) skills
- Project planning, time management, and attention to detail
- Previous experience in the healthcare field or in a related functional area (e.g., financial, accounting, or quantitative background) highly preferred
- Display high proficiency and expertise working with large data sets in Excel
- Nice to have: Familiarity with Smartsheet or other BI Tool experience
COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
