- Job Detail
Operating at the intersection of process, technology, and experience, this role partners with HR and enterprise leaders to identify where work can be automated, augmented, or fundamentally redesigned. The Manager, HR Process Excellence leads structured discovery to clarify complex operational challenges, uncover root causes, and design future‑state workflows that seamlessly blend human expertise with digital labor, including agent‑based solutions and workflow automation.
A core responsibility of this role is designing adaptive process flows that are built to evolve. Rather than static processes, solutions are intentionally created to capture insights, incorporate new tools, and rapidly adopt improved ways of working as business needs, technologies, and teammate expectations change. This includes identifying opportunities to deploy AI agents for repeatable, data‑driven work, while preserving human judgment and connection in moments that matter most.
The Manager, HR Process Excellence owns end‑to‑end process design and solution integrity, ensuring workflows, automations, and AI‑enabled solutions are scalable, compliant, and adoption‑ready. While approved initiatives are executed by a dedicated Project Manager, this role provides ongoing strategic direction and governance to ensure solutions deliver sustained value and remain aligned with a modern, technology‑enabled People & Culture strategy.
This role is ideal for a forward‑thinking HR innovator who thrives on building what’s next and shaping how people, technology, and work come together in a rapidly evolving environment.
