POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Serve as a primary liaison between senior leadership and internal departments, external partners, investors, physician practices, and C-level stakeholders, ensuring professional, timely, and effective communication
  •  Provide comprehensive executive support to up to four executives, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and preparation and submission of expense reports.
  •  Respond confidently and professionally to internal and external inquiries, phone calls, and office visits, demonstrating strong judgment, discretion, and a proactive, service-oriented approach.
  • Establish, maintain, and update files, reports, databases, and operational records while managing highly confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
  • Support administrative operations including mail review and prioritization, supply requisition and purchasing coordination, vendor services oversight, and the ability to independently manage multiple competing priorities.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  •  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, with prior experience in administrative, executive support, or operations environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and related technology platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Workday) with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with senior leadership and external partners.
  • High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $75,000–$85,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
