POSITION SUMMARY

Radiology Partners is currently seeking an experienced Director to join its high-performing integrations team. This role is a great opportunity for a professional who thrives in a collaborate and high growth environment. As the Director, you will work directly with the Vice President and Senior Vice President of Integrations and Operations, and will lead large-scale hospital and physician practice integrations, acting as the primary project management and client relationship lead for your portfolio of integrations.  

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Integrations Management
    • Manage mid- to large-scale integrations, navigating varying types and complexities of integrations
    • Drive results through internal and external stakeholders, managing functional teams to ensure necessary outcomes are met
    • Facilitate and lead all integration communication touch-points, understand critical points of go-live failure and escalate appropriately, as necessary
    • Develop and deploy on comprehensive staffing plans, determine staffing needs, lead recruitment efforts of new physicians
    • Independently negotiate contract terms with physicians during the recruiting process
  • Practice Management
    • Create operational strategies that consider implications beyond the current moment/week/etc.
    • Partner with both client and RP stakeholders to anticipate potential challenges and proactively create strategies and solutions
    • Optimize physician schedule and staffing plan for greater efficiency and cost effectiveness, while ensuring compliance with SLAs
    • Monitor demand vs. supply regularly and shift approach, as needed, to ensure budgets are met and long-term financial stability, while ensuring clinical needs are met (i.e. mitigating clinical gaps/shortages)
  • Culture & Leadership
    • Effectively navigate complex, challenging client relationships; diplomatically lead difficult conversations and manage issues (real or perceived) - in collaboration with field ops counterparts
    • Develop proactive change management strategies for projects/initiatives
    • Manage multiple projects or more complex projects, with limited oversight/direction, and serve as a SME for other teammates, functional leads, clients and physicians

 

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3 years prior relevant experience in healthcare administration, operations, project/portfolio management
  • Continuing education certificate/degree a plus (e.g. PMP, MHA, MBA)
  • Experience working closely with physicians and healthcare leaders
  • Requires a thorough understanding of customer relationship management, entrepreneurial based service delivery and an ability to adapt to a rapidly growing environment
  • Demonstrated leadership in a management environment with core skills of detail orientation, follow through, process design, excellent communication and relationship management
  • Experience managing individuals or teams is a plus
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $120,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
