POSITION SUMMARY
Radiology Partners is seeking an innovative and strategic Director of HRIS & People Operations with deep expertise in Workday and experience managing enterprise-wide integrations with platforms such as ServiceNow and Radancy. This role will lead the optimization of HR technologies and operations to deliver a seamless, scalable, and employee-centric experience. This position blends HR systems leadership, end-to-end process automation, and a strong focus on integration strategy to support a data-informed, high-performance people function

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Workday System Leadership
  • Serve as the Human Resource functional owner and liaison with Accounting, Finance, and Information Technology of the Workday platform, gathering configuration requests, and provide direction on evolution of the product to meet business needs.
  • Ensure the system is user-friendly, secure, and compliant with global data privacy regulations.
  • Oversee updates, documentation, end user support, and training.

Integration Strategy & Execution
  • Serve as the functional owner for how Workday connects with platforms that depend on HR data such as Service Now HR Service Delivery and the Data Warehouse. Partner with IT to translate business needs into clear requirements and prioritization of the roadmap. 
  • Ensure accurate data that supports key employee-lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, case management, manager and employee self-service. 
  • Manage cross-functional requirements for HR Systems (Workday, Radancy, and Service Now HR Service Delivery). Align process design, user testing, change impacts and rollout plans to support scale, compliance and a great teammate experience. 

Operational Excellence & Process Automation
  • Drive automation across HR processes using Workday and connected platforms to reduce manual effort, support employee self-service, and enhance compliance.
  • Own onboarding/offboarding workflows and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies by leveraging system capabilities and employee feedback.

Data-Driven HR Service Delivery
  • Implement and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track service performance, compliance, and employee trends using data from Workday and integrated systems.
  • Deliver actionable insights to leadership to support workforce planning, HR service enhancements, and operational decisions.

Leadership & Collaboration 
  • Build and lead a high-performing team responsible for HRIS, integrations, and operational support. 
  • Partner closely with IT, Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders to align on systems strategy and priorities. 
  • Champion technology adoption, change management, and continuous improvement across the HR tech stack. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Deep knowledge of Workday modules, configuration, and workflows.
  • Familiarity with integration methodologies and tools, especially in the context of HR Service Delivery via ServiceNow and related platforms.
  • Experience in system-based process automation, employee self-service portals, and operational reporting.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system solutions and influence decision-makers.
  • Adept at driving change and fostering cross-functional collaboration in a complex, fast-paced environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Workday, SHRM-CP/SCP, project management).
  • 7+ years of experience in HR technology or operations, including 3+ years of hands-on Workday leadership.
  • Proven track record implementing and supporting integrations between Workday and platforms like ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrated experience managing HRIS teams and delivering enterprise-scale system enhancements.

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $130,000-$150,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
