POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Clinical Transformation is a vital member of RP's Clinical Transformation Team, driving success in various clinical transformation programs centered on improving clinical quality, patient service and practice operations and management. This role will be responsible for managing direct reports and leading engagement with practice Operations teams and clinical leadership, ensuring successful deployment of clinical transformation tools and programs. To be successful in this role, the Director must be able to confidently perform advanced analyses in Excel, build executive-level PowerPoint presentations, independently lead meetings with senior leaders across RP, and effectively influence multiple parties to influence change. The Director must also be comfortable working in an environment of constant change and uncertainty and be ready to roll up sleeves to Transform Radiology.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manages the development and/or deployment of programs (‘Clinical Transformation Programs’) designed to transform the way radiologists practice, using both AI and people to improve clinical quality, physician experience, and patient service across RP.
  • Develops, manages and reports on deployment plan/dashboard of all relevant clinical transformation programs
  • Leads engagement with practice operators and radiologist leaders to ensure success of all Clinical Transformation Programs. Builds relevant presentation materials for successful deployment and reporting on programs’ progress and success.
  • Manages a team of up to 6 direct reports who support the various Clinical Transformation programs.
  • Ensures Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all programs under the ‘Practice Success’ umbrella are met (programs include but are not limited to Virtual Radiologist Assistants, Mosaic, AI and others that arise in the future).
  • Works closely with vendor partners, as needed, to ensure successful deployment of Clinical Transformation programs.
  • Works closely and effectively with cross-functional teams engaged in all Clinical Transformation Programs.
  • Carries out other duties, tasks, and projects, as needed, to support the Clinical Transformation Team and Radiology Partners.
  • Promotes communication and cooperation among teammates to create a spirit of unity in the department.
  • Works closely with leadership and teammates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. 
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to direct reports (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
 
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)
  • Experience in radiologist practice operations 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Undergraduate degree in related field 
  • 5+ years of experience working in healthcare business, preferably in provider operations 
  • 2+ years of people management experience 

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 
  • Relevant graduate degree strongly preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MD) 
  • Management consulting experience 
  • Experience managing third party vendors 
  • Understanding of radiologist workflow 

COMPENSATION
The salary range for this position is $120,000-$130,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
