POSITION SUMMARY
  • Support and assist in managing the Mosaic reporting application (Mosaic OS), partnering closely with clinical application, IT, and development teams.

  • Build, grade, and maintain national radiology reporting templates while troubleshooting issues and supporting radiologists with application installs and workflow optimization.

  • Provide system support including basic HL7 message routing, PACS and worklist functionality, and reporting platforms such as PowerScribe, managing tickets through ServiceNow.

  • Help drive user migration to standardized templates in a high-volume, high-pressure clinical environment, ensuring stability and long-term sustainability.

  • Work independently with minimal direction, contributing to scalable processes with clear growth opportunities to Analyst II and Lead roles.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Healthcare or radiology industry experience highly preferred.

  • Basic understanding of radiology reporting systems, including PowerScribe.

  • Working knowledge of PACS, worklists, and HL7 message routing.

  • Experience supporting clinical applications and collaborating with internal IT and development teams.

  • Ability to work independently in a high-pressure, high-volume environment with strong troubleshooting capabilities.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $80,000- $90,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
