Position SummarY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on accounting experience, a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles, and some exposure to tax compliance processes. This role supports day-to-day financial operations and helps ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports tax compliance activities, including:
• Gathering and organizing tax-related documentation
• Assisting with tax filings and preparation
• Maintains general ledger and assist with month-end closing
• Prepares basic financial reports and summaries as needed
• Correspondant for tax notices/inquires from federal, state and local taxing jurisdications 
• Ensures all financial data is accurate and up to date
• Works closely with external accountants or tax advisors as needed
• Individual possesses the skills to thoroughly research and analyze complex taxability issues
• Supports internal audits and respond to financial inquiries

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience, 1-3 years preferred but entry level experience accepted
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Be able to monitor and track all tax notices and payments 
• Problem analysis and proble-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilitites across all levels of an organization
• Proficient in Microsoft office and 10 key ability

COMPENSATION:

The hourly range for this position is $21.00-$24.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
