POSITION OVERVIEW

$100K Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking an Overnight Radiologist to provide high-quality after-hours coverage with a 70/30 split in General Radiology and Neuroradiology. This role supports multiple hospitals across Texas and is ideal for a physician who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact overnight environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing overnight radiology coverage, including both general diagnostic and neuro imaging
• Interpreting and reporting imaging studies with accuracy, efficiency, and strong clinical judgment
• Maintaining timely and effective communication with referring physicians and care teams
• Participating in quality initiatives and upholding high standards in radiological practice
• Maintaining proficiency in neuroimaging (CT and MRI) as well as a broad range of general radiology studies


LOCAL PRACTICE AND COMMUNITY OVERVIEW

Radiology Partners Gulf Coast is a subspecialized physician practice based in Houston and South Texas. We are expanding our internal after-hours team, which currently consists of 13 partners and partnership-track radiologists. Our night and evening section is a critical component of the practice, and its members hold leadership roles throughout the organization.

This position is primarily overnight, with the option to incorporate some evening shifts if desired. Schedule flexibility ranges from approximately 17–25 weeks per year, offering strong work-life balance while maintaining a highly rewarding clinical role.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Active Texas license (required)
• Fellowship training in Neuroradiology preferred
• Residency trained in Diagnostic Radiology
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology


COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $400,000-$500,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
