POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Build strong partnerships with leadership and key stakeholders to align HR strategy with business goals.
  • Lead talent management initiatives - succession planning, 9-box, org design, development plans, and gap assessments.
  • Advise leaders on employee relations, compliance, risk mitigation, and organizational change.
  • Drive HR projects and initiatives using data, metrics, and trend analysis to inform decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies while supporting culture, recognition, and development programs.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or 5+ years of HR experience.
  • Demonstrated specialty in talent management - workforce planning, succession strategy, leadership development, and closing talent gaps.
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS and talent management systems; proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment; HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SC) and immigration experience preferred; up to 10% travel required.

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000 Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
