POSITION SUMMARY

Radiology Partners Forest City (RP Forest City), located just outside of Chicago, Illinois and Madison, Wisconsin serves Mercyhealth sites in Rockford, Crystal Lake, Woodstock, and Harvard. Our local practice, partnered with ARSC, forms a larger sub-specialized radiology group staffing multiple hospitals, clinics and imaging centers across Illinois, Wisconsin, and Iowa. Our technological advancements such as Artificial Intelligence platforms and resource supports for radiologists result in fully integrated work lists. We continue to grow, along with our clients and the region, and welcome the addition of equity partners to support our strong practice.

RP Forest City is seeking a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Remote General Radiologist to join our team. All opportunities provide for very flexible work shifts and extensive time off. This position will interpret majority of STAT/ER cases including but not limited to general modalities such as body, thoracic, neuro, ultrasound and on occasion nuclear. Candidates must be residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology with work experience. Any successful candidate will share Radiology Partners’ vision for fostering an integrative and collaborative care model while working within a multi-disciplinary team. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Schedule: 100% Remote Variable schedule Monday to Friday
  • Shift: Variable hours: 7am-11pm CST 
  • Weekends 1/6 (approximate)
  • Interpret full range of general diagnostic radiology including body imaging, musculoskeletal, neuroradiology, nuclear medicine 

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Candidates must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
  • Candidates must be eligible or certified by the American Board of Radiology or American Board of Osteopathic Radiology
  • Fellowship training in any subspecialty preferred, but not required
  • Candidates must have an Illinois License or the ability to obtain
  • Residents and Fellows welcomed
