POSITION SUMMARY 
  • Lead the Analytics Engineering function in the development and maintenance of scalable, trusted data assets that power enterprise reporting, insights, and operational decision-making across Revenue Cycle Management and Payor Contracting. 
  • Oversee data infrastructure, transformation logic, and the development of predictive models, while managing and supporting a team of analytics engineers and remaining engaged in hands-on solution development and implementation. 
  • Partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to define standards and translate requirements into durable, well-governed analytics-ready data solutions, and identify opportunities to optimize team processes and broader departmental use of data. 
  • This role serves as a critical bridge between raw data sources and downstream analytics, ensuring data consistency, performance, and usability across platforms.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 
  • Strong experience in analytics engineering, building and maintaining reliable, analytics-ready data products in modern cloud-based environments.

  • Deep proficiency in SQL (required) and Python (preferred), with experience in platforms such as Azure Databricks and supporting semantic/visualization layers, ideally Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

  • Background in healthcare revenue cycle management, healthcare payor analytics, or a closely related healthcare financial domain.

  • Proven hands-on technical leadership, including setting standards, reviewing work, mentoring team members, and supporting predictive or advanced analytics initiatives.

  • Solid foundation in data quality, validation, and governance, with the ability to collaborate across functions, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

COMPENSATION: 
The salary range for this position is $110,000-$120,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
