AVP, FINANCE - POSITION SUMMARY: 
  • Oversees all aspects of revenue recognition processes. 
  • Collaborates with RCM and Accounting teams to accurately record and report revenue. 
  • Prepares and presents executive level presentations. 
  • Leads, mentors, and develops a team of finance professionals. 
  • Develops models and ad hoc analytics to support budgeting, forecasting, and pro forma modeling. 
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Relevant graduate degree strongly preferred. 
  • 5+ years of experience working in healthcare finance and/or RCM experience. 
  • 10+ years’ relevant experience, 
  • 3+ years’ supervisory experience. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and internal controls. 
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and automation opportunities within finance functions.

COMPENSATION: 

The salary range for this position is $180,000-$200,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
