POSITION SUMMARY:
Radiology Partners is seeking a Portfolio Manager responsible for integration projects stemming from business deals. As a key member of the revenue cycle team, the manager will work with various internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute project plans. The incumbent will ensure successful integration of new business into Radiology Partner’s revenue cycle process and ensure successful handoff to ongoing billing operations.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and external partners 
  • Be a good team player and an effective leader who can motivate their project team
  • Resolve risks at a portfolio level in order to progress the relationship between the internal and external partners
  • Serve as a single point of contact for multiple integration projects that role up to a common organization 
  • Prioritize portfolio to ensure key partners are appropriately allocating resources; right priorities – right time
  • Ability to navigate and understand integration project issues and needs across multiple functional areas. This includes clients, IT, Billing Operations, Practice Operations, System Setup, Provider Enrollment and Analytics  Demonstrate business acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Evaluate methods of undertaking and completing projects for efficiency gains or process improvement
  • Ability to deliver executive level communication across multiple mediums 
  • Promotes communication and cooperation among teammates to create a spirit of unity in the department.
  • Works closely with leadership and teammates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to direct reports (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with changing deadlines
  • Project Management (PMP) certification strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong analytic, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter who is an excellent team player and can drive results

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Masters Degree in Health Administration or Business Administration with 2-3 years of related experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience required
  • 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time 

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
